NJ acting governor Sweeney signs executive order to honor DoT employee

TRENTON – In honor of New Jersey Department of Transportation employee Joseph “Joe” Kealey, Acting Governor Stephen M. Sweeney signed the following Executive Order calling for the United States and New Jersey flags to fly at half-staff on Saturday, January 16, 2010.
